  • Kickboxing Series

    Tuesdays, Oct 6 - Nov 10

    5:30 - 6:45pm

Build strength, confidence, and resilience in this energizing kickboxing series designed for all experience levels.

Each class combines foundational kickboxing techniques—including punches, kicks, combinations, footwork, and defensive movements—with strength and conditioning for a full-body workout. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge yourself, release stress, and develop your skills in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Throughout the series, we’ll build progressively from week to week, giving you time to become comfortable with the movements, improve technique, and discover just how strong you are.

And every class ends with Savasana.

Moving intentionally between the intensity of kickboxing and the deep stillness of Savasana offers more than a great workout. This rhythm of activation and rest gives you an opportunity to practice moving between states of nervous system arousal and relaxation—building greater awareness, flexibility, and capacity for regulation over time.

We don’t just practice finding calm. We practice finding our way back to calm.

No previous kickboxing experience is necessary. Modifications are always available, and you’re encouraged to work at the level that feels right for your body.

Come ready to move, sweat, breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself.

    All levels welcome.

$160/6 weeks. Gloves and wraps included.

  • Hatha Yoga Series

    Fridays, Oct 9 - Nov 13

    9-10am

Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body in this grounding Hatha Yoga series designed for all experience levels.

Hatha Yoga is one of the traditional paths of yoga and encompasses much more than the physical postures we often associate with yoga today. Traditionally, Hatha is a practice of bringing the body, breath, and mind into greater balance through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices), meditation, and intentional stillness.

The word Hatha is often interpreted through the symbolism of “ha” (sun) and “tha” (moon)—representing the balancing of seemingly opposing qualities: effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and stillness, activation and rest.

In this series, we honor those roots through a slower, intentional practice. Rather than moving quickly from one posture to the next, we spend time within each pose—exploring alignment, sensation, breath, strength, flexibility, and awareness. There is space to notice what is happening in your body rather than simply trying to achieve a particular shape.

Breath is an essential part of the practice. Through pranayama and mindful breathing, we explore the relationship between the breath, body, mind, and nervous system. Over time, the practice becomes less about performing postures and more about learning how to remain present with yourself through both effort and ease.

Each class incorporates a balance of movement and stillness and ends with Savasana, giving the body and nervous system time to settle and integrate the practice.

Hatha Yoga invites us to practice something we can carry beyond the mat: meeting intensity without becoming overwhelmed, finding softness without disengaging, and becoming more comfortable moving between activation and rest.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. Modifications and options are offered throughout class so you can create a practice that works for your body.

Come as you are. Move, breathe, notice, rest, and reconnect.

    All levels welcome.
